FINISHING
Only premium quality materials are used in the interior decoration: natural oak parquet, Italian tiles, Hansgrohe plumbing. The price includes kitchen furniture from Kraus Köögid in the amount of 2000 euros.
STRUCTURAL PART
The apartment building is a stone structure on a strip footing. The floors are made of reinforced concrete slabs. The exterior walls are lined with COLUMBIA 190 blocks. The inner walls are constructed of both gypsum slabs and AEROC blocks.
EXTERIOR FACADE
The elements of the exterior façade delightfully complement each other in a light colour scheme, creating a single ensemble. The combinations of shades of the roof, facade and basement, carefully thought out by the architect, result in a holistic image of the building. The façade is made of the supreme quality finishing materials – such as light Caparol plaster and grey sheet metal.
SOUND INSULATION
The walls between the apartments meet the requirements for sound insulation. The inter-apartment walls are constructed of COLUMBIA 240 block, poured concrete and plastered on both sides of the wall.
HIGH CEILINGS
The feeling of spaciousness and comfort in apartments is achieved due to 2700-mm-high ceilings.
INTERIOR DOORS
The apartments have doors of non-standard height of 2300mm, made to special order, equipped with internal hinges and magnetic locks. For an improved sound insulation index, the canvases are fully filled with MDF, sealing rubber bands are installed along the perimeter. The doors close softly and pleasantly.
HEATING
The apartment has floor heating. The temperature in each room is adjusted using separate sensors. The house is connected to distant heating.
VENTILATION
A proper microclimate is maintained, and an influx of fresh warm air is provided due to the supply and exhaust ventilation unit.
SAUNA
The sauna is equipped with a heater with a wall sensor and temperature control. The door and walls of the sauna are from glass. The walls and benches are built of aspen.
BATHROOM AND TOILET
The walls and floor in the bathroom are covered with ceramic tiles from an Italian manufacturer. Plumbing equipment from Laufen, Hansgrohe.
COMMUNICATIONS
A fibre-optic cable is installed in each apartment for further connection with the Telia high-speed Internet provider.
Energy efficiency class A
The house has an energy efficiency class A. Solar panels on the roof. Windows are chosen to provide the maximum energy efficiency class. Ventilation supply and exhaust unit with heat energy recovery.
